Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
Peak Seasons (Holiday / New Year):
Processing times may extend to 5 business days during high-volume periods.
Shipping Costs:
We charge a flat rate of $5.99 for all orders, regardless of destination.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
As our products are fulfilled through global partners, delivery times may vary slightly based on your location.

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please reach out to us at service@keresito.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order is in the processing stage, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of receipt, and we will arrange for a free replacement.
Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
